Welcome to the Yellow Rose Chapter of the Texas Municipal Clerks Association Inc.

Here at the Yellow Rose Chapter, we understand the important role that City Clerks (Municipal Clerks) play in municipal government, and in upholding the constitution and laws of our communities, state, and country. Our chapter is comprised of 42-members of the upmost professionals engaging and supporting one-another, as we carry out our duties and responsibilities.

The purpose of the Yellow Rose Chapter is to:

  • Mentor new city clerk’s/secretaries and to impart professionalism, honesty, and integrity to the communities we represent.
